Ana graduated summa cum laude from Bellevue University with a Bachelor's in Business Management and a Master's in Human Resource Strategic Management. As Director of Operations at TLC at Home, she draws on extensive experience as a Shared Living Provider and a decade as an HRQA specialist. She is also active in community service, serving as president of the Filipino Heritage Foundation since 2019.

Rani was born and raised in the Philippines and has been a Licensed Physical Therapist since 1994. He is also an entrepreneur, co-owning a Home Health Aide agency that provides skilled nursing and physical, occupational, and speech therapy. He is passionate about compassionate, personalized care.

Ren earned his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1991 from De La Salle University. He worked in the Philippines before moving to the USA in 1994, and brings wide-ranging experience treating patients in long-term care, outpatient, and home-health settings. He is happily married with two children.

Ethel brings a strong background in healthcare and administration, having worked in the medical field since 2018. As Executive Administrative Specialist at TLC at Home, she keeps office operations running smoothly — managing confidential records, staff and provider documentation, and required training coordination. She is a Certified Medication Aide with Mandt System and First Aid/CPR certifications, holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, and is bilingual in English and Tagalog.

Mark brings hands-on experience in developmental disability services, including roles as a Direct Support Professional and Shared Living Provider, plus expertise in workforce organization, compliance, onboarding, and quality assurance. He is passionate about strengthening structure and day-to-day operations to deliver high-quality care.

Emmaline graduated from Iowa State University and has over seven years of experience in the developmental disabilities field, serving as a Direct Support Professional, Supervisor, and Quality Assurance Director. She is also active in the Buddy Walk, advocating for individuals with Down syndrome and community inclusion.

Jade graduated summa cum laude from Bellevue University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, where she also served as a Peer Ambassador. She brings hands-on experience as a Direct Support Professional, supporting individuals with their daily needs and personal goals. Her psychology background and front-line experience fuel her passion for person-centered support that honors each individual's strengths, choices, and dignity.

As a registered nurse, Sheila brings clinical expertise and genuine compassion to her work, partnering with families, caregivers, and staff to meet each individual's health needs. She believes in holistic care — supporting not only the body, but also the mind and spirit.
